Summary
We’re deeply grateful for the initial support we’ve received through GlobalGiving for Revive Baladna. Though we are still in the early stages of fundraising, your contributions have helped us lay the groundwork for restoring vocational education in Lebanon.
The $292 raised so far is a symbolic but meaningful first step. It has already enabled early outreach activities and will support printing, transportation, and awareness materials as we prepare for a larger fundraising push in the coming months.
What We've Done So Far
1. Outreach & Mobilization
Initiated conversations with two public vocational schools in Zahle and Baalbek to assess lab restoration needs.
Developed preliminary needs assessments for the digital and nursing labs.
Shared the GlobalGiving campaign locally and internationally to raise visibility.
2. Planning for Implementation
Identified donor partners and institutions for potential matching grants.
Started designing print materials and videos to expand awareness and reach.

Challenges
Funding Gap: With only $292 raised so far, we are currently unable to sponsor student registration or initiate physical restoration.
Economic Instability: Lebanon’s current economic climate makes this project even more urgent and dependent on external funding.
What’s Next
Launch a social media awareness campaign in both English and Arabic.
Translate and distribute outreach materials to schools and families.
Apply for matching grants and corporate sponsorships.
Collect and share stories from students awaiting hands-on training.
