Fondation Tous Ensemble's Prosthetics and Orthotics Lab in Les Cayes is the only active facility serving all southern departments, reaching over 2 million people. Challenge

The 2021 earthquake and rising insecurity in Haiti have forced many Haitians, including amputees and individuals with disabilities, to settle in the south, where healthcare services are scarce. Many require prosthetics, while others face untreated conditions leading to amputations. As most prosthetic centers in Haiti have closed, Fondation Tous Ensemble's lab serves over 2 million people across all southern departments but urgently needs support to meet growing demands and access essential mater

Solution

This project will fund the lab's vital services, including fabricating, fitting, and repairing prosthetic and orthotic devices. Beyond prosthetics, we provide therapy, group classes, workshops, and counseling to help individuals adapt and regain independence. With support, we will secure materials, ensure follow-up care, and expand services to remote areas. By addressing physical and emotional needs, we empower people to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into their communities with dignity
