As we know, poor vision is a major barrier to education, especially in our underpriveledged communities. Often times, children and their families are not aware or educated on this problem. Without education or access to eye care, many children struggle in school, leading to poor academic performance, low confidence, and, in some cases, school dropout. This of course limits their future opportunities and perpetuates the cycle of poverty.
The solution is simple: provide access to basic eye care.
R50 can save a child a lifetime of unnecessary struggles as they face their future, or, it could buy a coffee...
To us, the choice is obvious.
Every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and vision care can help make that possible.
