The link between children liking their glasses and heightened self-confidence is substantial. This positive sentiment not only elevates their self-esteem but also establishes a strong connection to consistent wear, crucial for managing their visual needs effectively.
Establishing a positive association with glasses is paramount for the overall well-being of children. This connection contributes significantly to their emotional health and sense of comfort, fostering a climate of acceptance and empowerment in their daily lives.
Recognizing and nurturing the emotional connection children have with their glasses goes beyond visual correction; it is a key factor in building confidence, self-esteem, and a positive outlook on their eyewear. This approach is vital for promoting both the physical and emotional well-being of children.
Check out this image of one of the girls from our recent screenings, who was adiment that she did not want glasses. After being able to choose her frames, she didnt want to take them off.
Thanks to you, she gets the opportunity to choose a pair she loves!
With love,
Carly Kruyer
