Dear GlobalGiving Supporters,
I have a special message for you from our tree nursery technicians in Guatemala:
“We have already prepared about 16,000 plants in this greenhouse. The process includes, first, planting the seeds. After that, doing the transplant so only one seedling remains in each spot on the tray.
In about 6 months these will be ready to be planted in the ground. The process is to fertilize, water them, and remove the weeds.
We thank YOU for all the support you provide in procuring materials, our payments, and all that support. Thanks to you we have all these trees we see here. And also, thanks to you we’re able to reforest and many people depend on these greenhouses and on the plants they produce.
Thank you to the organization and keep supporting us!”
New seedlings are now growing for the 2023 planting season. We’ve included some photos below. I look forward to keeping you updated on our progress and thank you for your support! We are grateful that you are part of our community and that you have supported us during this journey.
