Dear Partner,

We appreciate your support. Carney Julia’s 1845 poem “Little Drops of Water” inspires us to continue to pour out little drops of water, and your little grains of sand, together make a mighty ocean. Your little bits of kindness last for eternity, changing people’s stories down to generations unborn! Thank you for saying through your contributions that we can count on you! 

Even with the many charitable organizations that need support in these trying times, you chose to support our cause. We are deeply moved by this act of kindness.

Here is a report of what we have done since our last report on November 5, 2024.

1. We started the year by re-evaluating the delivery of our services. To do this, we engaged our board, team members and instructors in a strategic planning coaching which was facilitated by a professional organization. This training provided us the skills and tools that will enhance our proficiency this year.
2. Armed with this new skills and tools, we will be starting our first set of classes: data processing and introduction to computer March 26^th and 31^st respectively.
3. The next set of classes, Microsoft Office and Python Essential, are scheduled to begin in April and May accordingly.
4. Our web design is scheduled for May-June, and the Financial Literacy and Business Coaching follow suit in August and September.
5. We just opened registration for our classes. Like last year, we anticipate a minimum of 40 individuals in total to take these six classes.

 We are still looking for funding support to begin a Data Processing. This course enhances data entry skills. We believe it will put graduates in a more competitive position for entry level tech jobs.

 We are constantly needing funding to increase capacity for providing an array of services to support survivors and refugees as they struggle to adjust to their new norma.

I will not fail to add that your generosity motivates and empowers us to give moor. We cannot go this far without you. For us to be efficient, we need to re-charge, and this was all we did in the months of January and February. Together with you, we will meet our goals for 2025, the most important of which is to see our participants achieve success in whatever path they choose. All we do is support them and guide them to make informed decisions. You are our support and why we can do support our participants.
