Dear Supporter,

Thank you for your continued support towards Restoration Project Resource work. Your continued partnership and support mean a lot to do, and we do not take it lightly.

Without your support, the success we achieved in 2022 would not have been possible.  All that we accomplished is attributed to your willingness to give, thank you. Through your support we were able to achieve the following successes:

• We had a successful graduation ceremony in December and we recognized graduates.
• Twenty-six individuals graduated from our skills development program.
• One person was connected with our business partners for an internship.
• We have Nine classes, five courses, scheduled for 2023.
• Our first course for this year is business coaching which comes on February 3^rd.

This year, we plan to continue to bring these skills and give tools for socioeconomic empowerment to our community. Please continue to support us in these areas:

1. Funding support for interpreters. We have turned away a few potential beneficiaries because of language barriers.
2. Funding or donation of computer systems. Few of our participants went through the excruciating pain of using their cell phones as computers because they were eager to take the courses, we offer but did not meet the hardware requirements.
3. Funding for our internship programs. As part of the curriculum for our Data Entry class, graduates are encouraged to participate in the paid internship program. But their paid employment does not permit them to do this. And because we do not want to deprive them of that income since we cannot augment the income, they have been turning down internship opportunities. These internships give them more skills and tools for better-paying jobs.

Funds received enable us to pay our instructors who teach these courses that we bring our program participants. Your support is very important. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or suggestions you want to share with us!

Please continue to help change the lives of girls and women one person at a time.
