Dear Partner,
Thank you for supporting Restoration Project Resource Center. You help us provide victims/survivors of trafficking tools for restoration to normal life. Your continued support bring survivors to an unimpaired state. Since the center opened in March, 2018, we have served two survivors who are currently on their way to achieving a more stable life. We anticipate serving up to 50 ladies before the end of the year through our classes and training.
Trafficking leaves its victims traumatized, with no hope for tomorrow. Victims are fed with lies that they are incapable of becoming productive to themselves and society. This is why survivors prefer to remain in their “known” rather than explore the unknown: this is their perception of rescue, freedom and redemption. Changing this perception is often challenging, but attainable with the your help. What does this change mean for survivors? EMPOWERMENT!
Our organization is continually striving to better serve these young women as we represent a full spectrum of an array of services with ultimate goal of skills acquisition for sustainable restoration. We are defined by our belief in restoration of dignity and voices of survivors.
In July, 2018 we begin Microsoft and Financial Management Classes to give survivors economic power. We believe this will guarantee a stable income, empower them to shun their traffickers and become productive members of society. This Project will set survivors up for success.
With your help, we have raised $550. THANK YOU! We still need $43,350 to continue to provide services uninterrupted. Lack of funds can send survivors back to their former state; we don’t want that to happen. All the money raised for this Project will provide a full array of services in one location. We don’t want survivors to harbor fear and mistrust for society and systems’ ability to bring them to an unimpaired state.
Our goal is to bring these women to an unimpaired state so they can assume leadership roles in the fight against human trafficking; thus protect at-risk girls. Your financial support counts.
