The Resource Center at Amakohia in Ihitte/Uboma LGA continues to be our site for the outreach in this community. We currently have a functioning source of drinking water supply serving this community at this place. We also conducted this year’s medical mission successfully at center without any difficulty. The availability of toilet facility at the center also contributed to the success of this mission. We have all our donors, friends, organizations like Friends of Nigeria who has made funds available to assist in the remodeling of this building, and all the work that is being done to make sure our dream of having a place to house medical supplies and equipment, reinforcing education on chronic disease management, to thank for all this. We are still working on having a functioning medical laboratory at this center for follow- up care. Secondly, we are trying to get the land scaping done to help in managing the place and to help in making the environment safe and free of some creatures like termites that is destroying some of the medical supplies. We continued to need your help in getting this done.
