One of our greatest need at the resource center and the villages around it is source drinking water. With the help of donors at the Friends of Nigeria, coworkers and donors like you, we are able to complete a restroom that has 8 stalls. With the completion of the toilet facility came the immediate need for a source of water supply to help keep the place clean and functional. During this year’s outreach, we decided to construct the borehole in phases. The little fund we raised, we commenced the first phase and this resulted in getting water after drilling down to 460 ft. The first phase is completed and we are looking for help to get the water to the public by mounting a Tank stand with overhead tanks, and piping the water out of the site to where it will be easily accessible to the public. They are currently getting drinking water but limited supply because we still need the reservoir for the water. We are currently trying to raise about $4000 to complete this project. And once completed this will help to reduce the number kids with intestinal worms in this community and others around it. We continued to needed your assistance in the work that we do to bring help to the needy.
