Need for a Resource center

ACHI continues to see the need for a resource center, that is centrally located in Eastern Nigeria, that will serve the individuals with chronic diseases and diabetic ulcers. Our plan to have this building fixed is still in progress while we continue to look for resources to help us achieve our goal

The prevalence of diabetes is on the rise in Nigeria. According to the International Diabetes Federation, Nigeria has the highest number of people living with diabetes. Specifically, there are currently 3 million people living with disease ...and these numbers are expected to continue to rise. We are working to turn these buildings into a health resource center so we can provide reliable health care and health education to the people living in nearby villages

We are embarking on another mission trip this year and hope to start work at the site while we are there. Your words of encouragement, donations, and interest in our program has helped us to continue to go forward in our mission.
