Resource center for chronic disease management

ACHI continues to improve in the level of cares delivered at the Resource center by adding more needed amenities to the site. We have seen the need to have a functioning stationary laboratory at the Resource center to help provide more services to the population in serve in the rural areas. We started the processing of gathering equipment for the lab last year and the process continues this year. We are yet to raise enough fund for the project while we continue to get the structure ready. The presence of the laboratory will help us monitor the effectiveness of the treatment offered and the conditions of the internal organs to be able identify any complications or damage to the organs. We have gotten the septic tank ready and purchased very few lab equipment with the little money raised so far.
