Have you ever felt like you were special to a cat? We all know they are very finicky, so when a cat chooses you over all others, one might say they adopted you. This quote by Leonore Fleisher says it well: “When you're special to a cat, you're special indeed ... she brings to you the gift of her preference of you, the sight of you, the sound of your voice, the touch of your hand.”
A passionate and rescue friendly veterinarian, with our local city shelter, requested our assistance with rescuing a very sweet girl named Simone. Simone was brought into the city shelter in early February after being attacked by a dog and unfortunately her time at the shelter was up. Simone is a beautiful, three year old, buff tabby who was in need of some time to recuperate from her attack. She is currently residing in one of our foster homes receiving some much deserved TLC and doing very well.
Thanks to your financial support, New Beginnings Cat Rescue is able to continue to rescue kitties, giving them a chance to choose their special person through adoption.
