Kitty Family

This has been the longest kitten season we can remember. Normally this is the time of year things slow down for us, but this year is different. It seems that the kitten faucet is still wide open and they just keep pouring in.

A mom and newborns living outside were spotted by a good Samaritan that was concerned for their safety.

After a few days of checking on them and leaving food for the mom, the good Samaritan contacted a family member to ask what to do since he could not bring them inside. It just so happened that the family member was a previous adopter of a couple of our New Beginnings kitties, and that adopter knew just who to contact for help!

The kitty family was brought indoors for an overnight stay and the next morning they were delivered to a foster for New Beginnings Cat Rescue. Thankfully all appear healthy and are eating well, including momma kitty. Momma nurses her babies regularly and keeps them clean as a whistle.

It certainly helps to have a good momma taking care of you - human or kitty!! Thank you for your continued support of New Beginnings Cat Rescue.
