This quarter we did not receive donation for the Organic Fertilizer / Biogas Project. We are glad that our grant application to Korean government is being considered positively. We will release the public notice as soon as the grant is released.
The grant we applied is on overcoming the challenges faced by the existing biogas plants which are distributed and operated at the household level. The proposed project plans to build a large 100 ton biogas plant and distribute biogas to all residents who can accommodate it. In existing facilities, the biogas generated in the digester was directly connected and used at home, but the on-grid facility applied to this project seeks to create an environment that can stably supply biogas to beneficiary households by building a large biogas storage tank. We plan to promote the project to beneficiary households living within a 200 m radius of the biogas plant.
If you are visiting Tanzania in the near future please kindly let me know. I will give you a free tour to visit our biogas projects. Please kindly let me know if you require a specific report from our side. We can urgently collect the information you require to amplify the impact we are making to our community. THANKS ONCE MORE
