Students at Okanle/Fajeromi Community High School currently learn in classrooms with damaged roofs, ceilings, doors, windows, and unclean surroundings. This fund will be used to renovate two classrooms by repairing these facilities and improving the school environment. The renovation will provide a safe, secure, and healthy learning space for over 120 students.
At Okanle/Fajeromi Community High School in Okanle community, Nigeria, students are currently learning in classrooms with damaged roofs, broken ceilings, weak doors and windows, and unclean surroundings. During rainfall, water leaks into the classrooms, ceilings are falling apart, and broken windows expose students to dust, insects, and harsh weather. These conditions disrupt learning and put students' safety at risk.
This project aims to raise $2,500 to renovate two classrooms by repairing the roofs, replacing damaged ceilings, fixing doors and windows to make the learning environment safe and healthy. Once completed, the classrooms will be protected from rain, properly secured, well-ventilated, and surrounded by a clean and orderly environment. Over 120 students and their teachers will directly benefit from this project.
The project will be implemented by Farms for Community Transformative Foundation, a community-based nonprofit organization committed to improving education and living conditions in Okanle and neighboring communities. The foundation will work closely with school management and community members to ensure proper use of funds, transparency, and long-term impact.
