Education for All seeks to establish the Education Access Fund, a scholarship initiative designed to enable financially disadvantaged learners to access quality online education through efacameroon.academy. The Fund will cover course enrollment and certification fees for 500 eligible learners who demonstrate financial need and a commitment to completing their studies.
Across Cameroon and many parts of Africa, thousands of talented individuals are unable to participate in professional development and skills training due to financial constraints. While digital learning platforms have expanded access to education, course fees and certification costs remain beyond the reach of many unemployed youth, women, persons with disabilities, refugees, rural learners, and low-income families.
Education for All has developed efacameroon.academy, an online learning platform providing affordable, high-quality courses in professional development, digital skills, entrepreneurship, education, leadership, and community development. Through the Education Access Fund, eligible learners will receive scholarships covering some or all of the costs associated with course enrollment and certification.
The Fund will help create a more educated, skilled, and economically empowered society. Over the next five years, Education for All aims to: - support thousands of disadvantaged learners; - increase employability through market-relevant skills; - improve digital literacy among underserved communities; - promote gender equity in education; - strengthen entrepreneurship and innovation; - create a sustainable scholarship program supported by donors and partners;
