Summary

Polish Medical Mission (PMM) and local partner CESAP are helping 1,000 families displaced by the June 2026 earthquakes in Venezuela. The project provides dry hygiene kits, including menstrual supplies, and psychological first aid for adults and children through safe spaces in shelters and schools. Reaching people with no access to water, sanitation or mental health care, your donation restores dignity, safety and hope when they are needed most.

Challenge

The June 2026 earthquakes struck a country already in humanitarian crisis. Thousands were killed, tens of thousands injured, and many families lost everything. Today, people survive in parks and temporary shelters without water, sanitation or healthcare, while children face trauma and increased protection risks. As emergency aid declines, your support helps deliver essential care to those with nowhere else to turn.

Solution

PMM and CESAP deliver emergency support where displaced families live. Dry hygiene kits provide essential items for people without running water, with special attention to women and girls. Psychologists offer individual and family counselling, child-friendly safe spaces, school-based support and help recovering lost documents. Together, these services protect health, restore dignity and help survivors begin rebuilding their lives.

Long-Term Impact

Recovery begins with people. This project protects health and dignity through hygiene kits, psychological support and safe spaces for children, helping prevent long-term trauma and exploitation. It will reach 1,000 families, provide mental health care to hundreds of survivors and help restore access to essential services.
