The half of the year is already here and it's the perfect time to look back on the hard work of UBECI, and what your contributions have helped to put in place!
“I have been to the UBECI programs for 5 years. Since I have been helped by them I received a notebook, pencils, erasers and a soap. I also learned to study, to be a good person, to respect my elders and not to disturb their conversations. We learn to take care of ourselves with UBECI. The work they do is really good because my daughter is very interactive, she is more relaxed, she really enjoys to paint and draw and she really loves playing and interacting with the other children. I hope that UBECI keeps taking care of more children throughout the whole country because there are a lot of mothers who work constantly in the markets that could really use the help."

Those stories are only two out of many that UBECI made possible through its work in the markets of South Quito. Thanks to your donations, the hard work of the volunteers and the dedication of the staff, here are our achievements for the last four months :
