On 19th September 2020, 107 people were involved in the International Coastal Clean Up Day (ICC) 2020 programme on Mantanani Island. Two beach cleaning activities and two underwater clean-ups took place. From this activity, as much as 3691 garbage items have been collected, totalling 402 kg.
Here are the top five waste collected for ICC on Mantanani Island:
Plastic bottles - 2198
Polysterene - 570
Food wrappers - 381

If we can keep making sure that no garbage will end up in the sea with everyone's cooperation, we can definitely do our parts for our sea, for our beach, and for our beloved island!
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event successful!
