The village of Liubomyryivka in the Shevchenkivska community of Mykolaiv region was de-occupied in 2022. Only one administrative building remained in the village, where residents can receive social services. The community needs another space nearby for classes and communication with children. The fundraiser is aimed at creating such a space. The space will have autonomous internal heating and solar panels to provide electricity. Community leaders are involved in its creation and operation
The village of Liubomyryivka in Mykolaiv Oblast was de-occupied in 2022. Before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 641 people lived here, now there are 212, including 31 children. The rural health center is only place where the villagers can meet and receive social services. Other buildings have not been preserved due to constant enemy shelling. To expand development opportunities, a separate space is needed where young people can meet and spend their free time under adult supervision.
Funds are being raised to create such a space. It will have autonomous internal heating and solar panels to provide electricity. It will be a safe and comfortable space for leisure, networking, community building, and recovery. Local leaders and the village's youth are involved in its creation. Organizational volunteers will be able to come there and engage in educational development.
Enemy shelling destroyed 2700 objects in the Shevchenkivska community. The community lacks resources for reconstruction. The space will become a place where children and adults will feel safe. They will be able to develop and create joint solutions for the development of their community. They will be able to receive decent education and leisure. Local leaders will have their own center to help their village and community and will be able to contribute more actively to its recovery.
