Dear friends and supporters,
Jóvenes de Puerto Rico en Riesgo wants to send a huge shout out to all who made this possible. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping to realize another successful project during a time when community matters more than ever before.
Despite the devastating effects of the pandemic, we are working diligently to keep providing the opportunities our youth require to continue developing their leadership skills. This would not have been possible without you.
We are happy to share with you that during the past months, we welcomed ten young people to the THIRD round of TIBOCO project. They have successfully completed four virtual and face-to-face workshops about: Social Activism, Human Rights, Creative Writing and Community Leadership. During the next few months, our young leaders will be completing five additional workshops and will culminate in their leadership practice.
Thank you for keeping Puerto Rico Youth at Risk vibrant, strong and ready to offer more programs for our youth leaders in the coming seasons.
