PARTI has worked with youth in Silicon Valley and Manteca to build a platform that would allow them to be the face of service!
The youth in the Positive Alternative Recreation Teambuilding Impact (PARTI) program have been privledged to be connected with amazing business executives and professionals who took time to mentor and connect them with service and career connection opportunities during the 2021-22 school year.
Because of your support, we were able to:
Provide youth led activities that engaged youth 13 cities in Santa Clara County and reached youth in San Mateo, Alameda and San Benito Counties.
Build youth led Stop The Campaigns in Santa Clara County and participate in cohorts to create Stop The Violence Events in San Mateo, Alameda and Los Angeles County.
Build platforms for youth to participate in cohorts that enabled them to have equity and inclusion with funders, educators, and youth development organizations.
"During distance learning, there were numerous times where I felt unmotivated and unhappy with my friendships and school life. The PARTI program had this inclusive environment that allowed me to talk to adults like Winston. I was able to create a plan moving forward to see how to manage all of the different things I was balancing in my life." 2021 participant
We have opportunities to volunteer, serve as event ambassadors or nominate youth to participate or perform at the Safe Summer Kickoff event on Saturday, May 14th, as well as events during the summer in California and the Pacific Northwest. Our goal is to create opportunities for joint serve activities, awareness camapaigns, and career connection opportunities for youth.
In 2022, PARTI will support 500 youth, beginning May 1st to launch the Summer Of Service!

Youth
Youth are amazing and PARTI Program makes every effort to make sure that they feel supported. We don't think that we say Thank you enough to the adults who stand up and dedicate their resources to e champions for our youth! Today, we want to stop and say thank you. We know that we are missing so many names that need to be added to this list, however your support is also recognized
"I really want to get out of my comfort zone and make a difference in our society and community. Since lockdown and the pandemic it’s become easier to stay isolate and alone. To fix that not only with myself but others around me I want to create safe environments where you can be yourself and make friends, while getting to relearn things about ourself. I like to meet new people and create friends among friends." 2021 youth participant
Because of your support, we were able to empower youth to lead service projects in their school and community. Your impact has enabled the following students to lead a diversity and inclusion project act their school reaching 25 people each!.
Katie - SJ, Saphara - Manteca, Adriana - SJ, Ryan - Santa Clara , Daisy - Gilroy, Naomi - Milpitas, Iliana - SJ, Casey - Gilroy
