Reception Home for 200 MentallyChallenged Children

200 Mentally Challenged children living in Thiruvarur villages will get residential care, rehabilitation ,therapeutic care which will help reduce the economic burden of parents of those children

7651Mentally Retarded children are in Thiruvarur Dist. Around 200 Mentally Retarded children in a few villages are being either neglected or uncared by parents or caregivers owing to poverty, thus making the Mentally Retarded children vulnerable to be abused or ill treated. By this project ,200 Mentally Retarded children can get,safe shelter, special service of therapies, special education, vocational training and lead comparatively better life-free from abuses.


Provide safe roof, special therapy to 200 Mentally Retarded children in the selected villages of Thiruvarur District •Give rehabilitation services to make their life better •Provide them vocational training

Long-Term Impact

200 Mentally Retarded children get shelter,therapy & vocational training, physiotherapy and special education in the home which will be,providing professional service,acting as a Model Reception Home for any other such upcoming homes
