Months after the devastating wildfires that struck the Valparaíso Region, our commitment to affected families remains unwavering. At Desafío Levantemos Chile, we continue working directly in the field to rebuild homes and restore stability for those who lost everything.
Our teams, in coordination with local authorities and volunteers, are currently constructing permanent houses in Canal Chacao, one of the areas most severely impacted by the fires. Each new home represents more than just a structure, it’s the recovery of safety, dignity, and hope for families who endured unimaginable loss.
Beyond housing reconstruction, we have supported entrepreneurs and families with materials, emotional assistance, and access to basic services, ensuring they can begin rebuilding their livelihoods and communities. Children are returning to school, and local businesses are slowly reopening, signaling the resilience and unity of the Valparaíso community.
Although the flames have long been extinguished, the emergency continues for many. Your donations are helping us move from emergency relief to long-term recovery, giving families the chance to start over.
We deeply thank our early supporters for standing by us. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal of rebuilding Valparaíso, one home, one family, and one dream at a time.
