Challenge

15M Ukrainians are at risk of PTSD, depression, and anxiety, with 30% facing severe mental illness. Frontline professionals struggle with burnout, limited training, and lack of support, while stigma and scarce resources make quality mental health care inaccessible. Your support helps provide frontline care, training, and hope where it's needed most.

Solution

This project addresses the crisis by upskilling clinicians through trainings, workshops, supervision, and train-the-trainer programs; expanding care accessibility via projects, collaborations, and resources including a mental health chatbot; and driving culture change through advocacy and resource development, reducing stigma and building resilient communities across Ukraine.

Long-Term Impact

Long-term, this work strengthens Ukraine's mental health system, building a resilient, well-trained workforce, increasing access to quality care, and reducing stigma. Communities gain sustainable support through supervision, resources, and advocacy, fostering healing, resilience, and hope for generations affected by war and displacement.
