Project Report | Dec 10, 2024
Change a Child's Life today

By Amanda Evans | Director of Marketing and Development

The literacy crisis is the most solvable problem of our time.

Donate to Read to Me Project today and be part of the solution.

Read to Me Project ensures children from low-literacy families have the skills they need to succeed in school.

School success brings more choices and opportunities and is directly linked to healthier, more prosperous lifestyles—benefiting both individuals and their communities.

Read to Me Project is the prevention-based solution addressing the root cause of many societal issues: low literacy...with proven results:

  • 3- and 4-year-olds being read to by an older sibling as part of Read to Me Project scored 2% to 8% higher than nonparticipants onkindergarten readiness assessments.
  • Older siblings improved their assessment scores by an average of 68% compared to nonparticipants.
