Spitamen district is situated in North part of Tajikistan.
The leady who is around 70 years old is disability advisor in local district government. Despite the fact that she is old she is very active. She is working voluntarily. The accessibility remains an issue in rural areas. Almost 95^% buildings are not physically accessible. 13 children with disabilities (including 3 wheelchair users) did not have access to the building that built ramp. Some of the fund also was raised locally. We built a ramp with more than 4 meters length. The school leadership provided two masters that finished the work very professionally and the ramp is according to the standards.
