1. Executive Summary
During Ramadan 1447H, [Organization Name] implemented Project #74646 to provide daily Iftar and Suhoor meals to orphaned and vulnerable children who are fasting. The project aimed to relieve hunger, restore dignity, and allow children to focus on worship without worrying about their next meal.
With donor support, we served meals across 12 orphan care centers and madaris, reaching children over 29 days of Ramadan. 100% of funds were used for food procurement, preparation, and distribution.
2. Objectives
1. Provide nutritious Iftar and Suhoor to orphaned children fasting during Ramadan.
2. Ensure food security for children in care centers with no stable sponsor.
3. Create a spiritual environment where children can observe Ramadan with joy and dignity.
4. Maintain full transparency through daily updates and final reporting to donors.
3. Implementation & Activities
Activity Details
**Meal Preparation** Daily hot meals prepared on-site in 12 centers. Menu included rice, posho, beans, vegetables, and meat 3x/week. Clean water and dates provided for Iftar.
**Beneficiary Verification** Children verified through orphan records and local CBOs. Priority given to children aged 6–15 with no guardian support.
**Distribution Model** Meals served communally before Maghrib and before Fajr. Volunteers and center caregivers supervised hygiene and safety.
**Donor Updates** Daily photos and short videos shared in donor WhatsApp group. Mid-Ramadan report sent on 15th day.

6. Impact & Observations
*Quantitative Impact:*

- 0 cases of food-related illness reported.
- 100% of children reported fasting at least 20 days, up from 65% last year.
*Qualitative Impact:*
- Caregivers reported improved focus during Quran memorization sessions after Iftar.
- Children expressed gratitude and increased participation in Taraweeh prayers.
- Local imams noted higher attendance at center masjids.

7. Challenges & Mitigation

2. *Logistics*: Heavy rains disrupted transport to 2 rural centers. Mitigation: Pre-positioned food supplies 3 days in advance.
3. *High Demand*: 89 additional children requested enrollment after week 1. Mitigation: Created a waiting list for Ramadan 1448H and shared with other partners.
8. Monitoring & Accountability
- Daily meal logs signed by center supervisors.
- Spot checks conducted by living Hope Mothers Humanitarian Aid staff on 8 occasions.
- All financial receipts scanned and filed.
- Final beneficiary list and photo evidence attached to this report.
9. Conclusion & Acknowledgment
Alhamdulillah, Project #74646 was completed successfully. No child under our care broke fast hungry this Ramadan. This was only possible because of the generosity of donors who believed that fasting orphans deserve to feel the mercy of Ramadan.
