Challenges:
The major challenges faced during this quarter was staff shortage, because the hiring process is not an easy task for organization like Yengat Birhan Charity with limited budget as the inflation is high to get competent staff with the current market.
As usual the available limited staff forced to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Lessons Learnt:
The staff shortage during this quarter shows that fundraising has to be done as one of the important activities always to provide a better support to moms as well as to have enough and appropriate staff to do the planned activities in the healthy way. When there are fewer staff members, the workload increases and tasks become harder to complete on time. As the organization faced considerable challenges due to inflation, which increased the cost of materials and operational logistics, placing pressure on the budget. These financial constraints necessitated careful prioritization of activities and prudent resource management to ensure continued program effectiveness. Despite these obstacles, strong partnerships with local stakeholders and strategic planning allowed the organization to sustain its impactful interventions. However, the need for diversified funding remains essential to maintain and expand these efforts.
Conclusion
