Improving biodiversity
Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative improving the biodiversity of our upland areas. The main problem with farmers is that they would not like to plant trees with low economic value thereby hindering biodiversity improvement. Utilization too of trees far exceeds planting and there is indeed a need to turn this situation to positive and encourage farmers to at least grow in 15-20% of their lands with trees. We focused our attention during this period to convincing farmers and promoting tree growing and using trees with high economic value rather than asking farmers to plant because of biodiversity improvement which they have difficulty understanding. They understand more approach that meet their immediate needs like the need for food supply. Towards this end we started establishing a seedling nursery with 30,000 seedling capacity. Again thank you very much for your help.
Very sincerely yours,
Jed Christian Sayre

Carbon capture initiative
Dear Friend,
Warmest greetings and thank you very much for your donation to our rainforest biodiversity improvement project. We are excited this time with our initiative on carbon offset and carbon credit. This type of facility has been in existence for a long time already but this is the first time we are really focused on participating. This is so because we lack the proper information and technical knowledge about this. Thanks to promoters of this project who start to guide us navigate the carbon credit process. Our main actions revolve around tree growing and then enrolling the grown trees to avail of carbon credit funds. We will be guiding farmers from seedling production to tree planting, maintenance and management. We shall start with 100 hectares and continue on as we become knowledgeable about the system. Thank you very much and hoping for your continuing support.
Very sincerely yours,
Jed Christian Sayre

Food and seeds supply

providing seeds and food
Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your support to our project improving the biodiversity in the villages especially forestal and upland barrios. We are trying very much to promote and advocate this project so that we contribute to the fight against climate change and hunger. We believe that our approach of providing small livelihoods together with tree growing and taking care of the upland areas is very practical and doable since we are hitting two problems, that of the lack of food supply and the problem with nurturing the forest resources. This reporting period and in line with the festivities of the holiday season, we provided food and seeds to 130 farming families with the food they can immediately use and the seeds they will be able to grow their vegetable gardens. Thank you very much for your support and have a bountiful 2023.
Very sincerely yours,
Jed Christian Sayre
