Queer workers experience discrimination and hatred in the workplace, and that discrimination and hatred are less visible. As a result, queer people are further obscured in the workplace and remain unrighteous.
In the meantime, activities to think about labor problems with queer people have continued in each area, Discussions with the union were held to find a way to more actively think about the labor rights of queer people and to unite.
At the discussion forum, our organization gave the presentation on ‘experience of queer labor rights activities’. Next, union officials, and union activists who is queer participated as a panel to discuss ‘the strategy of the labor movement to creates an equal workplace’ focusing on the ‘union experience’.
