Every child needs care, especially when facing a tough battle against a serious illness.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, the local pediatric hematology department is the only place where young patients can receive complex treatment for oncology and blood disorders. For these children, the hospital ward becomes a second home for many long months.
Treatment for childhood cancer is long, demanding, and physically painful. To make daily procedures as comfortable and safe as possible, we purchased and delivered essential medical supplies and supportive medications to the department. These materials are crucial for helping young patients withstand intensive therapy and reducing the risk of complications.
For the children and their families, this support means timely care and one less financial burden during an already overwhelming time. It brings relief when it is needed most.
Through the Pulse of Childhood program on GlobalGiving, we continue to systematically support children with serious illnesses. Your contributions allow us to respond quickly and provide children with the essential supplies they need to keep fighting.
Thank you for standing with Ukrainian children and their families, giving them hope and strength on their path to recovery.
