Thanks to financial resources in the amount of 4,360 PLN donated from GlobalGiving since June 2014 to date, we helped 11 terminally ill children by paying for 72 hours of rehabilitation. We provide you with pictures of three of our patients - Grzegorz, Adam and Andzelika during rehabilitation session.
During this time our team of doctors led by Dr Krzysztof Szmyd helped 20 terminally ill children and their families in our clinic. Also, we have admitted 3 new families our perinatal clinic (clinic for parents, who upon learning about their unborn child’s illness decide to give birth to the child).
Rehabilitation significantly improves the quality of our patients’ lives and we still need funds to keep continuing it. For rehabilitation to make sense it should take place no less than three times per week.
