We should support students

By Oleksandr Maistrenko | Advisor of Project Leader

Support to students by society is critical as it directly impacts their academic success, physical health and future career prospects. Effective support transforms the learning process from simply accumulating knowledge to developing a confident professional.
Why is it necessary?
Reducing stress and burnout: Today’s students often face high academic workloads. Support helps prevent stress and depression.
Increasing motivation: Understanding that they are not alone in their problems encourages students to study better and not drop out.
Developing professional skills: Mentoring and practice help adapt theoretical knowledge to the realities of the labor market.
Creating equal opportunities: Support takes into account individual needs, allowing everyone to reach their potential.
How should we help?
Academic support: Providing additional consultations, tutoring and access to modern educational materials.
Career Counseling: Working with potential employers, organizing job fairs, and assisting with resume writing.
Digital Literacy: Providing students with access to licensed software, electronic libraries, and stable internet.
Now our country Ukraine is engulfed in the fire of war.
Cruise missiles, drones, fired by the Russian military troops, have killed and are now killing civilians, fall on the ukrainian homes, destroying them, forcing refugees to seek safe places in other regions and countries.
Many Ukrainian families have become refugees. They can not provide that their children continue getting higher education. They, as a result of the terrible Russian missile attacks on their homes, lost all their funds under the rubble of residential buildings, and cannot pay for their further pursuit of higher education, to become specialists.
