Thank you so much for your generous support of the Kabala Women's Center. Angela and her team send their best, and thank you for what you have been able to contribute so far!
We will be wrapping up this campaign on August 22nd, and will send a full report on the impact and distribution of the books at that time. In the mean time, we wanted to let you know that now is the time to share the campaign, if you know anyone who might be interested--all gifts from now until the 22nd will be matched dollar-for-dollar, and every dollar given will go toward printing costs.
Achieving the $2,000 match will complete the Kabala Women's Center's goal and make "Where There Is No Doctor" in Bunyore a reality! Even if the campaign falls short, KWC will print as many books as they can with what they have raised. Based on a survey by the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, every copy of "Where There Is No Doctor" impacts an average of forty people--and in the hands of determined health providers like Angela, it will impact even more.
