Your support is helping strengthen healthcare in Ukraine when it is needed most.
Since 2022, generous supporters like you have helped Direct Relief provide more than $2.5 billion in medical aid and support to healthcare providers across Ukraine. Together, you have helped expand access to care, strengthen specialized health services, support medical education and training, and ensure patients continue receiving treatment under extraordinarily difficult circumstances.
But the true story is not only about the resources delivered. It is about the Ukrainian doctors, nurses, paramedics, and healthcare leaders who continue caring for their communities every day despite the ongoing challenges of war.
Direct Relief's role is to listen, learn, and support the expertise, leadership, and resilience that already exist within the communities we serve. Together with our partners, we are helping strengthen healthcare systems so they can continue serving patients today while preparing for the future.
As Ukraine enters another year of war, the need for sustained support remains significant. Patients still need treatment. Healthcare workers still need supplies, training, and reliable infrastructure. Communities continue working to build stronger health systems even in the face of extraordinary uncertainty.
Thank you for standing with the people of Ukraine. Your generosity is helping healthcare providers deliver lifesaving care today while strengthening the foundation for healthier communities in the years ahead.
