Hello friends
We wanted to share an update from our Rehabilitation for Disabled Children program in India. This school is the only one in the area that welcomes children with both physical and mental disabilities, many of whom have been turned away from other schools. We provide primary and secondary education, with a dedicated team of teachers and assistants ensuring each child gets the support they need to thrive.
Over the past three months our physiotherapist has been working with the children three times a week, and we’ve seen incredible progress. Megha, for example, is almost walking unassisted again—a milestone that fills all of us with joy. Stories like hers remind us why every resource, every session, and every bit of support matters.
This project focuses on the rehabilitation section, funding physiotherapy, sensory resources, leg braces, wheelchairs, and other essential equipment to help our children live as fully and independently as possible. Thanks to our generous school funders, we keep the school running, but your support allows us to provide these critical rehab services and ensure the children get the extra help they need.
Your donations change lives. They give children mobility, confidence, and a chance to enjoy their education like everyone else. We are deeply grateful for your continued support and belief in our children’s potential.
Warm regards
