Mahmoud was born too soon.
Soon after birth, he developed severe respiratory distress, placing his fragile life in immediate danger.
When he arrived at a SEMA-supported hospital in northern Syria, our medical team acted without delay.
He was admitted to intensive care, placed under continuous monitoring, and given the specialized treatment he urgently needed.
The following days were critical.
But Mahmoud kept fighting.
With careful medical supervision and the essential resources made possible by your donations, his breathing gradually improved and his condition became more stable.
Today, Mahmoud is recovering and waiting for the day he can safely return home with his family.
Your support helped ensure that intensive care, medical equipment, medication, and trained staff were available when every minute mattered.
