Because of You, Baby Munira Is Going Home!

By Baraa Ali | Fundraising Officer

Dear Supporter,

Because of your generous support, newborn babies in northern Syria are receiving lifesaving medical care when they need it most.

Today, we are honored to share the story of baby Munira — a premature newborn who arrived in critical condition, suffering from severe breathing difficulties shortly after birth.

Her tiny body was struggling.
Her breathing was weak.
And she needed immediate medical intervention to survive.

Thanks to your donations, SEMA’s medical team was able to respond without delay, providing Munira with the urgent care and specialized treatment she needed during one of the most dangerous moments of her life.

Your support helped give her a fighting chance.

Today, by the grace of God, Munira’s condition has improved, and she is preparing to return home with her family — safe, stable, and full of hope for a better future.

For her family, this is more than medical care.
It is the gift of seeing their baby girl survive.

Dear supporter, your kindness helped save Munira’s life.

Thank you for standing with newborn babies and vulnerable families in northern Syria. Your generosity continues to bring healing, hope, and life to those who need it most.

With sincere gratitude,
