Your donations will go a long way at Reinvented Magazine. You are not only helping us further our mission but also helping fuel the aspirations of girls who want to go into STEM. We have 4,000 copies of Issue 5 to send to girls across the country to spark their passion for STEM and provide them with females, STEM role models. As a supporter, you can also receive a digital copy of Issue 5 so you can see the inspiration your donation is providing our readers.
Many women in rural areas and underprivileged backgrounds ignore STEM as a possible career option. Women make up half of the world's population, but within STEM they account for less than a third of the workforce, approximately 28.8%. Many passionate women don't have the access to the right resources like internet access or the means to research. The country has an ever-growing need for more engineers and scientists to build on the technological revolution, especially women!
Reinvented's One-for-One Program ensures that for every one copy sold, one print copy is donated to an underprivileged woman. The donated copies of Reinvented Magazine are given to Title I schools, STEM clubs for girls, low-income, and rural areas with limited access to STEM resources. Through this initiative, over 3,500 copies of Reinvented magazines have already made their way to girls who are underrepresented or might not have access to educational resources and opportunities.
We will be able to help provide an issue of Reinvented Magazine's Issue 5 to girls who wouldn't otherwise have access to STEM content. By reading about success stories of other women icons, more women will be inspired to enter STEM-related careers and pursue their passion. This growth can eventually lead to several advancements across the STEM community and the world bringing new perspectives and ideas to the table.
