His relentless pursuit of excellence eventually led him to the world of coffee, where today, he proudly stands as a full-time barista at Starbucks. What truly sets Richard apart are his proficiency in two crucial skills—computer literacy and English proficiency, skills he honed at YCAB’s Learning Center. English fluency is crucial for serving an international clientele, and computer skills are indispensable for order processing.

Today, Richard is living with his family, and together with his sister Venda, who is also a YCAB alumni, they are able to contribute to their family’s economy.
