Provide 300 poor families with quality education

Our project continues to grow every day. We are increasing the size of our gardening area so that the harvests can be bigger, we are also adding new trees to our fruit garden so that in a few years more children and families will be able to feed themselves with fruit from our garden. We also completed the irrigation system in our greenhouse to be able to produce more vegetables during the winter.

In order to continue to grow it is essential to count on your help. Thanks to you we are able to reach more and more families who need our support.

These families live in situations of enormous social vulnerability, in which there is a lack of basic services such as gas, water and electricity, as well as a complete lack of adequate nutrition.

This situation is very difficult, but with your help we can reverse it!

Lack of balanced nutrition is unfortunately very common in children who are part of La Nazarena. For this reason we are increasing our cultivation area, so that more and more children can receive vegetables and healthy food.

We are also increasing the crops in our greenhouse, which already has an irrigation system that allows water to enter the different crops.

Every day we are moving towards healthier and more environmentally friendly food. The children and their families not only learn at La Nazarena but also incorporate these new habits in their homes. And in this great effort the help that you give us is fundamental, thanks to you we can continue helping those who need us most.

At La Nazarena we increase the production of fruit and vegetables so that more children can receive a healthier diet.

Your help is very important for us to be able to continue with this great challenge.

The children are learning to eat healthier, to produce their own fruit and vegetables at home and to drink more water.

We planted 22 fruit trees, some of them are apples, pears, plums, lemons, oranges, tangerines, walnuts and hazelnuts. Thanks to them the children will be able to have more fruit in their daily diet.

The garden is also bigger and has more capacity to produce more vegetables all year round. Some are used for cooking food at La Nazarena and others are used by families in their homes.

Thanks to your help we have managed to increase the size of our vegetable garden. In a few months with the arrival of spring we will be able to harvest many more vegetables for the children.

We have also managed to start the construction of a greenhouse which will allow us to produce vegetables during the winter and to carry out activities with the children even on rainy days.

All this allows us to improve the nutrition of the children and families who attend the centre, as well as helping them to start their own vegetable gardens at home.

Our project grows thanks to you!

Many families are able to receive education and feed themselves in La Nazarena thanks to the help that GlobalGiving gives us through you.

Now we have a space for primary and secondary education for adults who have not yet completed their studies and also classes for adolescents.

In our center the children are also learning to grow their own food and in the coming months we will begin to build tables for the crops and place them inside our greenhouse. The food produced is not only used in La Nazarena, families take it home to have healthier meals.

We also plan to finish the construction of our greenhouse, plant more fruit trees and aromatic plants. All of this helps us produce more food for children and families.
