Update
This report provides an update on the "Help Connect 2700 Students & Teachers to Internet" project, which aims to provide reliable internet access to students and teachers, enabling them to leverage digital tools for learning and teaching.
To date, the project has raised approximately $9 USD, which falls far short of the required funding. Despite ongoing efforts, the project has struggled to attract significant financial support. Recognizing this challenge, the project team is actively working with the communications department to reassess the marketing and fundraising strategy. The goal is to understand why the project is not receiving adequate funding and identify ways to improve engagement with potential donors and stakeholders.
Based on the findings, the team will either develop a stronger strategy for resource mobilization—exploring new fundraising avenues and partnerships—or make the difficult decision to discontinue the project if sustainable funding remains unattainable.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
