Dear friends
Good morning and lots of Namaste!
Today again I am very much pleased to share a new report among you all.
All the elderly people living there are fine till now. They are happy and healthy. During the last there months Dashani and Deepawali, the two biggest national festivals were celebrated throughout Nepal. During Dashain festival some of the elderly people's relatives came to take Tika and Jamara and blessing from them those elderly people. The people celebrated the festival having delicious and dishes and meeting their relatives and friends.
During Deepali festival the people spent their time praying to God and worshipping Laxmi, the goddess of wealth.
On Last October 30, a big fare took place around Manakamana premises. It was a big cultural festival organized by a Makalu Literature society Sankhuwasabha. About 20000 people had gathers to observe the festival. Cultural dances of different ethnic groups like Rain Gurung Taman etc were performed there. During the night a big fare took place. The next morning the people had bath in the nearby river and worshipped at Manakamana temple. The elderly people observed the cultural programs with great interest.
