Last three months the elderly people at Manakamana lost one of their members. She passed awya at the age of 85. They spent almost one month praying for the departed soul rest in peace in heaven. Now there 34 people leaving there. We also pray that her departed soul will rest in peace in heaven.
The rest of people have been spending their time happily. They have been receiving support from us from time to time.
Since they prefer to receive support in cash we have been distributing our support in cash. With the money they have been able to buy their extremely necessary things like cooking oil, ghee, vegetables, and other necessary clothes.
Last January 15 our organization staff celebrated the Maghe Sankranti festival having yam with the elderly people. It was very cold that day. They woke up early in the morning had a bath in the river and then together we had hot yam and celebrated it. It was much fun.
The elderly people spend most of their time praying to God in the prayer Hall. They pray to god for peace a and prosperity among all the people.
Still we have to do a lot to achieve our fund raising goal. For this we need your support and cooperation.
We would like to request to share our fund raising program among your network, family and friends and to achieve our fund raising goal.
Thank you very much for all your support till now.
Warm regards
Tejanath
