Provide Vet Care to Abandoned Animals

Hello from the team at East Mississippi Animal Rescue! We hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your continued support of our organization and we feel blessed that we are able to share our mission with you.

These two doodle dogs were found abandoned in a rural county. They were not micro-chipped and had no identification or tags. They had clearly been neglected for a long period of time, as evidenced by their severely matted hair. Both underweight, weighing in at 28 and 35 pounds, they had been without proper nutrition as well.

We admitted them into our care and shared these images on our Facebook page. We were touched to receive a kind offer from some special ladies who volunteered to groom them for free. After being relieved of the severe mats in their hair, and also getting squeaky clean from baths, these two feel much better! 

Your donations will ensure we are able to provide appropriate veterinary care and nutrition to these dogs and others in our care. We are excited to watch them grow and thrive, and eventually find their way into loving homes, where they will receive the care they require.

Without your support, we would not be able to help animals such as the ones we've introduced to you today. Your donations help supply our organization with food, medication, and other daily supplies. Your donations help to fund spay and neuter surgeries, preventive treatments, and other procedures. The animals we are able to help would not make it far on the road to recovery without YOU, and we thank you tremendously for continuing to provide for our mission.
