Hello from the team at East Mississippi Animal Rescue! We hope everyone is having a great start to the new year. Things here at the rescue are business as usual.
We thought that today, we would tell you about Tiger, one of the many animals that your donations have helped us provide care to recently. Tiger was located in a shelter and was at risk of euthanasia due to his medical condition. Tiger displayed some skin issues which required special care. We recognized this as an issue that our veterinarian could treat, so we paid the fee to pull Tiger from the shelter.
Thanks to your donations and support, Tiger is now receiving medication to treat his skin condition. He also tested positive for heartworm disease; this has been successfully treated and he is on his way to feeling much better.
Tiger is currently hoping to find his forever home. If you or someone you know is interested in adoption Tiger or another animal from out shelter, please reach out to us to initiate the pre-adoption process.
We appreciate your support that has helped us reach the point we are at today. We look forward to your continued support as we continue to work towards our mission each and every day.
