As we approach the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and enter the season of giving, we find ourselves extremely thankful for supporters like you who contribute to our cause throughout the year. When you make a contribution to our organization, you can be assured that you are helping animals who truly need our assistance. Today, we'll tell you about the story of Kemper and Koal, two dogs who have been recently helped by donations such as yours.
Kemper and Koal were discovered as strays in a rural area of East Mississippi. Kemper had wounds indicating she had been attacked by another animal. She required a week-long stay at the veterinarian's office to address her injuries. Along with a heartworm test, vaccinations, and a dental cleaning, Kemper's bill quickly reached $600. Koal also received a dental cleaning and had several teeth extracted, resulting in charges near $200.
Your donations ensure we are able to cover expenses such as these needed by Kemper and Koal. Thanks to you, both of these senior dachshunds are well on their way to a healthy life.
If you are interested in adopting Kemper, Koal, or any of our available animals, please contact us by phone at (601) 553-3060 or visit us at www.eastmsanimalrescue.com. You can also stay up to date with our happenings on our Facebook page!
Wishing you a warm holiday season from all here at East Mississippi Animal Rescue!
