Angela is Home With Pebbles Are Home Because Of You!

By Paula Lucas | Founder & Executive Director

When Angela called us and said she was ready to flee her abuser and come home earlier this month, we had the funds available to also get Pebbles, Angela's cat, home with her, because donations like yours.

Here is a quote from Angela:

"I could not leave Pebbles behind and the American Embassy would not include the costs of getting Pebbles home in my repatriation loan. I didn't know what to do. Then I called you and here I am, home, safe with Pebbles. Thank you so, so much."

I personally know how important your donations are to victims in need. If you are interested in learning more about why I founded the Americans Overseas Domestic Violence Crisis Center, you can read the first chapter of my memoir for free at www.harvestingstonesbook.com

I can't thank you enough for chosing to donate to protect pets in domestic violence crisis on Global Giving.

Warmest wishes always, Paula
